Ready for a new home! Clean, young professional couple in Yorkville near Yonge and Davenport - non smoking, no dogs. Used this sectional in our apartment for 1.5 years, added new Polyfil stuffing to cushions for added comfort/life. Regularly vacuumed and cleaned using steam cleaner. Material is microfibre which makes it pretty easy to keep clean. Cleaned with steam cleaner and ready for pickup. Measures 40" height, 89" width, 62" deep (chaise) - see photo. Recently upgraded to a newer sectional that fits our space better with more support. Live in condo building with elevators, can help you load into the elevator, but you'll need at least 1 strong person to help lift/move - we've got a spot in front of our condo your truck can idle at while loading - note this will not fit in a car. Looking for a pickup ASAP - will not and can not deliver, sorry.
