Beautiful emerald green velvet loveseat couch and footstool. Couch is from Wayfair, footstool from Amazon. Purchased both 3 years ago and still in very good condition, both are vacuumed and cleaned regularly. All cushions have removable covers for washing. Comes from a clean home with a cat. Selling both items together. DIMENSIONS: Couch - width 59in, seat depth with cushions 21.5in (without cushions 28.5in). Seat height from ground 17in. Gold feet are 6in tall. Footstool - width 13.5 in. Height from ground 16.5 in. Gold legs are just under 12 in tall. LOCATION: these are for pickup only in Parkdale near King St W/Jameson Ave. Exact address only given for confirmed pickups. Couch isn’t very heavy, you’ll need two people for pickup.
