Purchased in Tokyo, Japan at the Moussy Store brand new with tags. Japanese Size 1 or equivalent to a size Small Dress has elastic at the back so is very accommodating for sizing. It also has a belt which is sealed in a pkg which can be cinched or loosened. The dress can be worn strapless or with a shirt underneath for a different style if you don’t want the strapless look Cotton dress which cannot be purchased in Canada. I paid equivalent to $300 cdn
