This almost new tent setup incl. 2 brand new reinforced Polyethylene valances/roofs (& 1 used but good), 2 side panels & 2 end panels with zippers to open access for car/boat or just the view, as well as the Snowload kit, Footpad kits, Quick ad fittings, Bungees, indoor/outdoor carpet, 4 decorative shower curtains & plants. Ball Bungees attach the walls/roof to Galvanized Steel Poles with Gatorshield® 1 3/8″ & reinforced fittings. No rust or mildew issues. (see pictures for details). Bright white. This 10' x 14' heavy-duty year round, water proof enclosure has solid sides & rollable end panels with zippers so you can drive through without untying bungees. The Footpads are tapconed onto small concrete bases (removeable). The Peak poles are 5'8" long and 1 3/8" in diameter. It is super easy to put up, I did it by myself. There are shower curtains for decoration, lighting all around and under the roof (optional). The depicted roof has staining and a patch, but there are two (2) brand new replacement roofs included. One side panel has a broken zipper that can be taped up or replaced at MidlandLiquidators.ca (@$70). No other damage or discoloration on the walls and two snow white roofs. A Snowload kit was installed and reinforced further with pool noodles. It held up excellent in snow and wind and rain passed two winters. A replacement canopy with all the extras costs more than double. The tent is big and high enough to sit around the propane fire pit (even enclosed in the winter) or have a social event. View set up before Aug. 5th (packed up after that). Pickup after 1 August 2024 preferred, but flexible. Option to hold also. Please, serious inquiries only incl. preferred date & time for viewing.
