For sale, the rare and hard to find very first King Seiko ever made, the J14102E. This particular example producing in June 1963 was one of the last ones to come off the assembly line before it was discontinued in September 1963. This horological gem was produced in the Daini factory to compete with the Grand Seiko's produced by the Suwa factory in Japan. 14kt gold filled at 100 microns, this has plated that is 20x-50x thicker than modern EGP watches. Finished off with a beautiful sunburst creamy silver dial and 14kt gold applied markers, this is quite the conversation piece. Watch is in great vintage condition, some minor patina marks on the dial. This watch was recently serviced, and is keeping time at 30-60 seconds/day. Comes with genuine brown alligator hide strap. Don't miss a chance to own an undervalued piece of Seiko history! Selling for $525. Lug width: 18mm Diameter: 35mm with crown Lug Width: 43mm Crystal is excellent condition.
