$20.00 is the lowest it's going to get. If it's not gone by Sunday it goes to the recycling! LAST CHANCE TO GET IT. I have a 1pm deadline. Am even willing to deliver it within a few kms. This tree was used once, was up for less than 48 hours then taken down & put back in the box. My housemate brought it, put it up, my partner came home didn't like it so it was down. Brought Christmas Eve from Canadian Tire, was put up by 10pm it was back in the box by 3pm Boxing Day night. Size, full description & pics as per Canadian Tires website. Website says none in stock at Cambie which is where this one was from. Get in early and avoid the rush for a brand new tree.
