It can be used in a variety of ways as your child grows. My baby gained weight quite quickly, so we didn't get to use it for very long. There is some minor pilling in areas that experienced friction, but overall it is in good condition. It includes the basic drool pads (shoulder strap and front-facing), and I will also include two extra sets of shoulder strap drool pads that I purchased separately, as well as a front-facing drool pad😉 Pick up only at a condo near Finch Station Thanks!
