vertical tension rod clothes rack

I had this when I was in a 1 BR and studio apt. Great way to take advantage of the vertical space when you're stuck with a small room or have no closet. My current place has popcorn ceiling which isn't ideal for this kind of set up. Luckily I have 2 small closets but it's a shame I can't use this vertical tension rod system. There is 1 chipped area on the horizontal bar which doesn't affect the function (refer to the last picture). I've had 20 outfits and 2 large coat on this system before. Disassembled for easy transport.
