Re-sealed and spray foamed in 2023 Roof membrane re-coated in 2021 New floors in 2021 New tires in 2023 Sleeps 6 Used and cared for as our family trailer since 2013. Furnace and heat tank work great. Hitch and BBQ included. $3000 OBO Feel free to share this with anyone looking for an older trailer. Would make a great hunting shack or ice fishing shack.
