studio couch

Gently used couch (with storage) that folds out into single bed in seconds. Dimensions as a couch are 34" high, 86" long (with arms), 36" deep. As a bed 16" high, 74" without arms (they can be lifted off), 45" deep (wide). Must be able to move and pick up yourself (but it's on the ground floor).
