No stains. (Has some fine scratch marks on one of the arm rest but not visible. Must look closely to see them) Weighs about 175 lbs In a non-smoking home, no kids, no dogs. No smells. 35 " high at the back rest. 88" long from side to side overall. 34" deep front to back. Moving and no longer need this couch. Pick up only. Requires 2 men to carry it.
