This is a small pet cone. It’s adjustable thanks to the straps for size. You can even remove the sticks to make it more flexible. Size Small-14cm can go up to 26/28cm (10/11inches) Used for my cat 2 days but it’s really uncomfortable for him. That was the cone he tolerated the most though.
