Pineapple Plant 🍍

This was propagated from a store-bought pineapple 3 years ago. It hasn't fruited yet, maybe because it is by a south-facing window the whole time (not receiving the maximum sunlight it requires?) The leaves have grown very long, and look very healthy. The leaves do have sharp tips, so just be cautious especially with young kids and/or pets. Treat this plant like a cactus. I keep this plant on a shelf.
