3 Seater pullout SofaBed

Comfy 3 seater pull out sofa bed. It’s a sofa, it’s a bed! Take out the cushions and bed mattress can be pulled out, no annoying gap or divot to sleep in. Sturdy and solid, brown suede fabric. Quite comfy. Cushion covers can be removed for washing. There are some scuff marks on the arms, not really visible unless looking close. No tears. Fabric is in good condition. As a sofa it works great and is nice and comfy. However be aware that as a bed it needs some padding as the mattress is quite barebones and gives way at the bottom if a heavy person sits there. Best for occasional use not daily, or you can add a mattress topper. No pets, no smoking, no smells. Single owner. Selling because moving and no place in the new home.
