Hello! We are a couple in our 20s living in Calgary. We are renting a room at Sunalte right next to downtown Calgary! from September anytime to September 30! Newly built/private bathroom (*Friends/couples available/1 week available) The room you will be staying in is spacious with a private bathroom, a full-size bed, and a dressing room. It is a great room for one person, and it is also spacious enough for two people. Let me list some of the advantages of the accommodation: 1. Perfectly located near the subway station: 3 minutes on foot to the nearest subway station (1 minute by running) 2. Co-op ( large supermarket) 8 minutes on foot (+ Walmart 10 minutes by public transportation) 3. Korean supermarket 6 minutes on foot 4. Downtown area within 20 minutes by public transportation 5. University of Calgary 20 minutes (*Recommended for those studying abroad while working) 6. New building with tight security (*You must use a master key to enter the apartment and use the elevator / *We give you 1 master key for 2 people!) 7. All the beds and bedding you use are new (*No bed bugs, no ticks) 8. Free use of the gym in the apartment (*There's also a rowing machine lol) You can use the seasonings and cutlery provided so that you can cook simply! You can also use the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher conveniently! * we will not be home much since mid-September due to personal schedules!!
