Antique Japanese Porcelain Creamer

Small creamer with bird and floral design. Heavy use of gold accents. Octagonal shape. Super thin-walled China creamer. The birds are just amazingly painted. I don’t know what the writing says on the bottom but please let me know if you can identify this maker. It’s just a stunning work of art standing 2.5” tall. The glaze on the bottom has sand inclusions making it likely an antique piece. I collected it at a home from the 1910’s but it seems much older.
