Made in Canada-designer black skirt

It is a very Nice, New without tags black designer silk-looking skirt. I can’t find a material tag so I’m not sure it it’s silk or not. I bought it but never tried it. Its too big for me length wise. Im 5'2" Its a small size but not petite so a bit long for me. Its a very beautiful skirt. Looks and feels quite a luxury item.
