Queen size foam mattress topper from Costco. Was purchased little over a year ago for our guest pull out couch. Was used a handful of times and worked wonderfully. Have since changed the couch and no longer need the mattress topper. Stored indoors in our closet. Freshly laundered cover. Good condition.
