New In Box Artificial Christmas Tree 7ft Tall 700 Warm Lights

Green artificial Christmas tree, 7 feet tall, includes LED lights. Comes in a box. was bought for indoor use last year. I accidentally brought home a second tree not knowing my wife had bought this already. We never took it out of the box, so it’s brand new. I found the specs for it and it’s in the pics. Tree has 700 preinstalled lights.
