iPhone 5s (damaged)

The iPhone has 64 GB storage capacity, doesn’t turn on, home button is missing and the screen is cracked. The condition of the battery is unknown. It comes with a charger. If you can turn it on then I can factory reset the phone with the AppleID credentials, or you can use a program like 3utools to remove the AppleID from the device.
