Fender American Standard Stratocaster 2016 Body Warmoth Neck
$400
Please read the full description as there are some issues to highlight. The body from this guitar is from a 2016 shawbucker American Standard guitar. There are scratches and scuffs on the body, it's been played a reasonable amount. The bridge humbucker pickup also might have some output issues, seems to be a bit low for the guitar. I think some DIY repairs might have caused some of this and can probably be fixed with either a new pot or re-soldering, but I'm selling it as is. Has a black pick guard, I'll include the original white one as well. Next, the warmoth neck is left handed, and I finished it with nitrocellulose. The previous owner (I suspect) didn't drill pilot holes when installing the tuning machines and it led to a crack in the headstock when the screws were tightened. The headstock didn't break, but the crack did go through most of the side profile of the guitar (pictured). It's been repaired and is fully functional, and not really noticeable. It's pictured. Also, I'd give myself about a 7/10 on the nitro finish. It feels great, but it's not perfect. The placement of the decal + vintage colour was inspired by a custom shop model. Pretty firm on the price and not in a huge rush to sell. It's also not strung up, but I'll try and dig up some strings for that prior to purchase. I'm including a hard case as well.
