STGAUBRON Gaming PC Tower

Used STGAUBRON computer tower. Black. Multiple USB ports and other connections on the back all internals are posted on the original Amazon listing in photos currently has no OS (was incorrectly installed) no HDMI cord included purchased last Christmas and came with the OS like how it is now so it’s just been sitting and collecting dust sadly I do not know how to install a new OS no component problems
