Selling my pole because I moved to a place with 10 foot tall ceilings! This pole is for ceilings about 7.5ish feet to 9 feet. It’s a static pole and does have some wear, but works just fine. I’m 170 lbs and have felt firm and supported climbing and doing spins. The pole is a static pole meaning you can spin on it, but the pole itself doesn’t spin (some poles offer both static and spinning - this one is static). It’s an awesome way to build strength, flexibility and cardio if you make routines up. And much cheaper than a peloton! This pole originally was $180.
