Sewak Al-Haram Traditional Toothbrush. It's a natural toothbrush that comes in Cardamom flavor. To use, soak the stick in water for 10 minutes, peel off an inch of the outer layer, and gently chew to soften the bristles. Then brush your teeth with the softened bristles for 2-3 minutes, covering all surfaces. Rinse after use and cut off the used end of the stick after 2 uses.
