225/75/R16 Tires on 5x5 Jeep Rims

I bought these for my SUV thinking they were a 4.5x5 bolt pattern but they are in fact 5x5. Rims are in pretty good condition with minor corrosion around the weights. Two of the tires are Firestone Destinations with most of their tread remaining, in really good shape. The other two tires are Hankook Dynapros with more wear, but I was still planning to use them for a season or two until I realized the rims won't fit my car. These should fit most Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge vehicles as well as anything else with this bolt pattern. The previous owner had the rims fitted to what I think was an early 2000s Grand Cherokee.
