Sam Edelman Fringe thigh high boots

These boots are made for having fun! Stylish, chic and timeless statement boots. Only worn a very few times. At 24” high, they should make it over the knee for most. The distance around the top (diameter) is 16”. They are a 9.5, but my size 10 feet just fit into them since I was not going hiking in them! These are also not made for protection from the cold or wet, just from an ordinary day as the fringes sway with you while walking confidently into any room. Smoke-free, pet-free home. I will miss these beauties…
