Bought it for almost 500 after tax on amazon. Complained about a occasional small issue so the factory sent me a brand new one. No need for installation just put water in from top. Perfect for a tiny apartment Had this unit only for a month, top handle occasionally stop spinning if there isn’t enough water pressure but still works 100% perfectly.
