Antique Hoosier Cabinet 🇨🇦

Selling a Hoosier cabinet. It's a beautiful piece of furniture with lots of storage space. Perfect for adding a vintage touch to your kitchen or dining area once it is restored. It needs a bit of work. The back board needs to be replaced, in my opinion. I think it is cheap (painted) pressed hardboard there now. It is an antique, and has an antique odour. I think replacing the cheap back panel will resolve most of the issue. (As will basic stripping and revarnishing. Which I cannot do in my tiny apartment.) The doors and side front panels need to be stripped, & re-varnished. Same with the interior. I adore this cabinet. However, I am in a small apt and there is no way for me to do what needs to be done without seriously impacting my neighbours. The price reflects that this piece needs a bit of elbow grease. location:Greenwood & Felstead payment: cash only, and exact change, please. two people required to carry it. it isnt heavy, per se, but the size dictate two people are needed.
