Good used condition, it was bought before 2020 so is quite a few years old but still cools up a small living space or studio. I cannot speak to the exact effectiveness so the price is adjusted for its age, but it was tested today and it does work and does cool up a small apartment. I am only selling because it takes ip too much room in my small apartment and it doesn’t work with my balcony sliding door or my windows. We cleaned out the internal vents a year or so ago and there was no internal water damage or dust but could use another in-depth clean Comes with remote. Flaws: vents do not stay open by themselves so I prop them up with a small block or similar item when in use.
