How to Brew Amount: Use 5–7 grams of tea for every 150 ml of water. Water: Filtered or bottled water is preferred (avoid mineral water). Teaware: Ideal for brewing in a traditional Yixing clay teapot or gaiwan (100–150 ml). Multiple Infusions: Can be steeped up to 10 times, adjusting based on taste and aroma.
