Vintage Romanian Medal - 1913

Selling a Romanian commemorative medal for the 2nd Balkan war 1913 there is an S on the rim on one side it says IN AMINTIREA INALTA TORULUI AVANT 1913 on the other side: DIN CARPATI PESTE DUNARE LA BALGANI it features a left-facing bust of King Carol I surrounded by national symbols and the Latin word "PACE" (peace). the reverse depicts the allegorical figure of Victory flying over a marching column with sun rays over the Balkan Mountains. this is also known as the "Danaube crossing medal" and the "nation's uprising medal" this medal was awarded to military personnel and civilians for their participation the medal was created on November 7 1913
