Snake Plant in Pot

the scan said my plant was worth a total $30. that was just the cost of the plant when I bought it last year, much smaller and in another pot. This pot is from Home Depot! It was $59. + tax. I am asking $100. for this beautiful plant that comes with a wooden four foot tray!..
