We are selling a comfy 3 seat sofa for $120. Originally purchased from Structube ( Retailed @ $699. ) Would be perfect for a small apartment. We are downsizing furniture and it is the only reason we are selling. Item is in great condition and comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Note: repaired L-foot by screwing it in straight. Original design had the feet on an angle and was not as supportive. Couch feels sturdier post repair. Pick-up near Roncesvalles/High Park. Cash only
