IKEA Malm Queen Bed Frame and Haugsvar Mattress

Selling IKEA Malm Queen bedframe and Mattress both have to be taken together! PLEASE READ BELOW Used for 4 years, pet free and smoke free home. I will give the pillows, duvet, pillow cases and duvet cover and mattress protector as well. Please read: I am leaving this apartment on Tuesday 23rd September. The person buying this will need to come and pick it up on Tuesday 23rd. I will take a 1CAD deposit via etransfer from the interested party to reserve it for pick up (I will return it on the day). My apartment doesn't have an elevator, only stairs (3 sets - 8 stairs each). The bed frame will need to be disassembled to transport it and to be taken down the stairs.
