Green Pleated Twist-Strap Dress - Fits like medium

The photos don't do the color justice! It's a brilliant Kelly Green with satin sheen. Stretchy fabric, very forgiving if you plan to eat/drink a lot. No tag but it fits like a medium, it would look amazing if you have more of a chest than I do. Heavily pleated, this dress shifts really well for dancing! Two minor spots of damage (please see pictures). Measurements laying flat: 13" across chest, 36.5" length.
