You know how it goes with cats, you get them a tower but they don't like it. We got it for $230 but store will not accept returns. This tower was untouched so it's like new. Has a compartment room, bunge ball with bell attached to a platform, scratch posts and scratch board. Size wise it is more suitable for smaller cats/kittens that like verticality. Can easily be assembled, and it comes with an allan key. The dimensions are 21" L x 19" W x 62.5" H (53 cm x 48 cm x 159 cm). Comes with the box.
