It comes with anchor bands and is made with 3 layers for comfort and protection: a top comfort layer of soft, quilted 100% polyester fleece, a middle vinyl barrier layer that prevents fluid penetration, and a bottom fleece layer for extra comfort. It also has bacteriostatic protection to resist fungi and bacteria, helping to keep mattresses free of odor and stains.
