This is a Japanese four-panel folding screen (byobu) featuring hand-painted falcons perched on stands, done in a traditional style with gold leaf borders and decorative knots. It is mainly used as a decorative room divider or art accent. The first panel has some visible damage at the top, as seen in the photo. Please note this when considering purchase.
