Espresso colored, real leather chaise couch and standalone espresso, real leather chaise available for pickup on 12/28 or early 12/29; couch is 12 years old and in good condition (minor wear and tear, no rips in leather); chaise is 12 years old in good condition, but leather is more worn in some spots; faux leather storage ottoman thrown in for free. Couch is 108" wide with seats 37" deep overall (front to back); couch chaise is 67" long front to back. Standalone chaise is 68" long " x 34" wide. No shipping - you must pick up and transport yourself (from 3rd story condo).
