Warming lunch container for rice or other non liquid foods

Lovely little lunch container. Warmed the outer metal housing with boiling water for a few minutes then dry. Place food in the inner section, pop the lid on and drop it in the warmed metal housing. Keeps food warm for about 2 1/2 hours without cooking any further.
