Rare “The HEAD-LITE”, The “No-Hands” Utility Light

Made in Hong Kong. Circe late 60s/early 70s. No sign of this gadget found anywhere on internet, so this is a must have item for unique electronics collectors. Packaging quite worn and torn but still somewhat intact as photos show.
