This item was bought new and given as a gift. We received 2 and this one was never used. All of the original packaging is included. JJ Cole is a very high quality product. Used to keep infants up to 21 lbs toastie warm. Along with other features it is wind and water resistant, is machine washable, transfers easily from car seats to strollers and is crash tested for safety.
