Vintage Italian Ceramic Japanese Lamp Bases

Two Japanese figures (male and female) late 1960 lamp bases (without shades) from renowed artist D. Polo Uito and made in Italy. They are both damaged but with some TLC can probably be restored or repurposed. They are Capo di Monte. The lamp fixtures are in working order. They measure approximately 40 inches tall to the top of the lamp fixture (and 25 inches with the female/male figure only ) and with a 23 inches diameter at the base. Unfortunately, they were damaged while in storage over the many years. The faces however are exquisite. The price reflects the condition of the pieces. Would prefer to sell as a pair as they belong together. However, if you only want one, then it is $50. In pristine condition, these would go for $1000 each or more. From a PF and SF home.
