Mayones BE Elite 5 strings bass

Purchased this bass from someone but I’m not sure if is a Real Mayones. This bass is beautiful and it’s new. Check this bass online and it cost over $4000 if this bass is a real mayones which I’m not sure. I’m asking $1500. I played the bass on a gig and it sound very good and beautiful. But noticed that the toggle for active/passive is loose.
