In fairly good condition, has some chips along the sides and bottom. It looks like a woman holding a white flag in a dress, with I think a man, possibly Native American with the headband and feather with a white flag and a couple fish. It's 10" across and about 1 7/8" tall, weighing 37.24 ounces
