Hardcover Hallmark Coca-Cola Santa book- ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. From early 2000s but never used (duplicate). Fabulous Santa pictures of a classic. Originally $10.50 but now a collector’s item with copies selling upwards of $30 elsewhere online. There is some creasing on the front cover (as shown in last photo) but the pages are in excellent condition. Available for pickup in Markland Wood.
