Benchmark 10'' circular saw blade

I have a Benchmark 10" 80 toothed carbide circular saw blade. Brand new still in sealed package. It is designed specifically for cutting wood and is not suitable for metal, masonry, or wood with nails. It also features 50 tungsten carbide teeth with a precision-ground, alternating top bevel. Please only serious buyers , I don't need to go out of my way to meet someone for them to be like "I'm sorry it's not what I'm looking for" I live between stadium, Granville SkyTrain stations and up the street from waterfront station for pick up or can meet somewhere as well
