Peugeot Pepper Mill (made in France) Oak, brass knob, Vintage

Peugeot Paris pepper mill. Yes, the same company that makes the car. These are the Rolls Royce of pepper grinders, and this one is a particularly lovely one, made of oak with a brass knob. The size and sculpted shape fit so perfectly in the hand, the big knob is easy to grip and turn, and it has the smoothest mechanism I've ever used. Bought in the early 1990's (they use cheaper woods now) and it works every bit as well today! It hasn't actually been used a ton, and is in wonderful condition. Has a bit of very slight peeling at bottom (hard to see), otherwise perfect. Selling because I've inherited my mother's (even older!) Peugeot, not as lovely but it's the one I grew up with and I'm sentimentally attached to it. 👉 Pick up from Yonge & St Clair (Bathurst & Sheppard may also be possible)
