High Visibility Belt Pockets- Flashing LEDs

Pickup only from Dupont and Spadina Road. Only used once. Can be used for biking, jogging, or raving. Has some very light dirty spots on the front, which I will try to clean but they are not super noticeable. Pockets can hold things like a phone or wallet.
