CONCESSIONS TRAILER

This yellow trailer features a wooden interior with multiple shelves, perfect for displaying merchandise. It's equipped with exterior lighting and a door for access. Ready to be converted into a mobile shop or concession stand! Brand new siding, lights, frame, and decking. Measurements are 4 feet wide by 8 feet long by 8 feet high (tall). Actual width is 52 inches. Height total from ground is 117 inches (9 feet 9 inches tall. Ready for insulation (optional), electrical (optional) and vending window (optional). This is great for any small business or start-up. It is custom-built by me. Door opening is for a 32 inch door. Brand new chrome rims and tires. New Lift Jack. No title. You must apply for one at the Secretary of State DMV. All lights work. The trailer is located in East Chicago, Indiana. Not in Plainfield, Illinois. Given it's height of 8 feet, I do not recommend you drive more than 50 miles per hour. 45 miles per hour would be a comfortable speed. The door is not rated for exterior use. I had it there temporarily until next spring when I was planning to install an actual RV Door 🚪 matching the color of the trailer. The side wood paneling is coming off as I use it to display my toy buisness. I have marked the side with an outline of 24" x 36" frame that I was planning to use to cut out and install a concessions window. You can remove the outline or leave it.
